Remali is earned by participating in environmental sustainability driven activities - as verified by Remali.

Remali can be earned through any participating Remali Activity Provider that avails environmental sustainability driven activities - as verified by Remali.

Remali can be redeemed in two ways: One - By exchanging your Remali to purchase vouchers available in-app. To see what vouchers can be exchanged for Remali, go in-app, select the burger menu, and toggle between voucher types to search for your preferred incentive. Two - By visiting a Remali Distributor that allows you to exchange your Remali in-store for goods and or services. To see where you can redeem your Remali, go in-app, select the map icon and toggle to 'Remali Store' to search for your nearest redemption locations.

You can unsubscribe in two ways: Email support@remali.africa with the email subject "UNSUBSCRIBE". Our support team will perform the process of officially deleting your profile and all associated data with an email confirmation sent to you within 24-hours. In-app, select the profile icon, followed by the customer portalicon. YOu will be diverted to the customer portal, where you can select the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button at the bottom of the page and follow the steps to confirm your choice.

A Remali activity, is an environmental sustainability driven activity - as verified by Remali. These activities allow the user to contribute to the avoidance, diversion, and reduction of Co2 from the environment.

A Remali Activity Provider is a verified organisation that avails zero-waste or environmental sustainability driven activities that allow the general public to perform the measurable act of avoiding, diverting and reducing the production of Co2 in the environment.

To find a Remali activity to participate in, go in-app, select the events icon and search for events to participate in.

Every environmental sustainability driven activity is verified by Remali. Once verified, the activity will present a standard Co2 measurement that is earned as the user completes it. Activities may vary in environmental impact, and therefore Co2 result achieved. Make sure to view activity details to understand the Co2 measurement achievable for participation.

Remali is updated daily (i.e., within 24-hours) based on Activity Providers confirmation of users' participation in environmental sustainability driven activities - as verified by Remali.

Remali is not a registered financial service provider, therefore, it cannot be exchanged for cash.

A Remali voucher is an incentive available for exchange in-app. Remali vouchers include a variation of data and airtime, grocery and retail vouchers. Go in-app, select the burger menu, and toggle between voucher types to search for your preferred incentive.

For all vouchers in-app, view the 'My Voucher' tab in the burger menu. Voucher descriptions will state whether the voucher is physical or electronic. Electronic vouchers will produce a 'voucher code' that can be redeem at a store or on a mobile devices. Physical vouchers will be delivered to your address with 5-10 business days.
